The pair appeared at the 2022 SAG Awards on Sunday, Feb. 27, arm in arm and beaming at one another. The couple rocked coordinating black ensembles, with Crudup, 53, opting for a classic tuxedo while Watts, also 53, sported a shimmering black sequined floor-length gown with a high neck and a matching shawl, accessorized with dangling sparkly earrings and a statement ring on her middle finger. Watts supported Crudup, who was nominated for his role on The Morning Show. Watts and Crudup have reportedly been linked since 2017, when they co-starred as husband and wife in the Netflix series Gypsy. The pair have flown way under the radar, taking care not to put the spotlight on their romance but on their work. Crudup and Watts were first photographed together in March 2017 in New York City, then a year later together at a BAFTAs afterparty. Watts was previously in a relationship with actor Liev Schreiberfor 11 years until their amicable split in 2016. They share sons Alexander, 14, and Samuel, 13. They said in a joint statement at the time of their breakup, “Over the past few months we’ve come to the conclusion that the best way forward for us as a family is to separate as a couple.” She told Vogue Australia in June 2017, “There are good days and bad days, and Liev and I are on great terms and we’re trying to do our absolute best for the sake of the children and we hope to keep moving forward in that way.” Crudup was engaged to actress Mary-Louise Parker, who he began dating in 1996, until they split in 2003 while she was pregnant with their son, William. He then began dating his Stage Beauty co-star Claire Danes. Crudup and Danes parted ways in 2006. In a June 2017 interview with Mr. Porter, Crudup said of his love life, “My son is with me part-time, so if I’m not working, I’m with him. And I have a great group of friends in New York.
